We often combine coaching with training to facilitate the learning process following our intervention. We also do standalone coaching to help support an individual’s progress and development. We look to coaching as a positive step to realise someone’s potential. We feel it is essential to assess an individual’s knowledge and skills to ensure coaching is the most appropriate and effective method to improve performance or face challenges. We then work with the individual to provide a personally tailored coaching programme. We have professionally qualified life coaches and have undertaken work for Sport England, ALD Automotive, Barclays and HSBC amongst others. Coaching can be provided on a face to face basis or via visual media if this is more suited to your time management needs or your geographical location.
